Daily Drawdown (Soft Breach):
Daily Drawdown is a Soft Breach. Exceeding it on a single day closes your open positions for the day but does not fail your account. Max Drawdown is a Hard Breach. Exceeding it closes the account immediately.
Maximum Drawdown (Hard Breach):
Max Drawdown trails on an intraday basis: the floor follows your highest equity point reached during the trading day, including open unrealised profit, not just your end of day balance. Example: on a $50,000 account, if your equity climbs to $53,000 intraday, your drawdown floor will trail up to 50,500.
Consistency Rule
The Consistency Rule on Instant Accounts is 20%, which means your single day profit can’t be greater than 20% of your overall profit.
Payouts
To request a payout on an Instant Account, all of the following must be true:
• Payout Milestone reached for your account size (see table above). This must be re-achieved for every subsequent Payout Request.
• 5 Minimum Profitable Days completed in the Payout Cycle.
• Consistency Rule met: no single day over 20% of total cycle profit.
• The requested amount is at least $500, before the Reward Split.
• All open positions are closed, and KYC and compliance checks are clear.
Your Reward Split is 90%. You keep 90% of eligible profits.

Resets
There is no standard reset on Instant Accounts. If you fail one, you can repurchase the same account size within 3 calendar days of the breach at a reduced repurchase fee. If you do not repurchase within that window, you will need to buy a new account at the standard or discounted price.
